My goal for Lucy is Elementary Dressage in 2008, I think it might even happen before the end of the year. Felix just Novice, but the confidence in me to take up a contact.

What a pity we let this one slide away.

Did you all reach your goals? We would love to hear = and if you did = what of this year?

Can you believe that this year is on its way to the half way mark already!!

Let's hear about goals that have been set for this year as well as the progress already made towards them.

If I had been asked this question yesterday (Sunday) after having ridden my horse, I would have said, no goals, cannot ride for toffee, am retiring horse and taking up embroidery.
After a fantastic lesson today (thanks Alex, you are the BEST) I will say that my goals are somewhat different!
First one is to KISS every time I ride - KEEP IT STRAIGHT, SILLY! IT being horse. I have learned one important lesson - if the horse is not straight, nothing happens.
And then, after that, who know? The stars!

My goal is to go to the QH show in september and win, not second place but win, whether it be the western pleasure barrelracing or polebending, I know the horses can do it. Let's just hope nothing goes wrong before we get there.

My goal for this year is to up my game in my dressage and jumping on both my horses and become a better rider so that I can go to Junior Champs with both my horses at the end of the year and do well, and hopefully qualify for the EC dressage, showing, or jumping team!
